The second bedroom offers a queen size bed (though some sources mention a king, we prioritize the primary configuration) and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For additional guests, a dedicated bunk nook contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the living area includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests.

• Restrictions: Strictly no pets and no smoking. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
• Policies: Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. A damage waiver is included in the booking breakdown.
