The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and features a private ensuite bath and a comfortable king-size bed where you can sleep to the sound of the waves. The spacious guest room includes two beds—a double and a twin—and provides private access to the connecting bathroom.

Living spaces are designed for maximum enjoyment. The living room offers gorgeous views of the gulf and is furnished with an armchair, wall-mounted television, and a sofa sleeper. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of full-size appliances, cookware, kitchenware, and utensils, complemented by a dining area and breakfast bar with plenty of seating.

One of the most fabulous features is the oversized 10x28 balcony. Outfitted with comfortable Polywood furnishings, it includes two cushioned chaise loungers, an outdoor dining table, and two Adirondack chairs perfect for reading a book or de-stressing while taking in the views. For your time on the sand, the owners provide two complimentary beach chaise loungers with an umbrella (available March 1st - Oct 31st).

• Parking: One reserved, exclusive-use space is provided for free. An additional vehicle pass is available for $20, with parking in a first-come, first-served overflow lot across the street.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay.
• Smoking: This is a strict NON-SMOKING resort, including the balcony. Violation may result in removal and loss of deposit.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Other: Quiet hours must be observed; no parties, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted. A signed rental agreement and ID verification are required.
