The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a King Beautyrest Powerlift bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the beachfront balcony. The second bedroom provides another king bed and its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom is ideal for children or groups, hosting two full/twin bunk beds. For additional relaxation, the den includes a reclining sofa perfect for afternoon naps.

Living spaces are designed for family connection and entertainment. The den is equipped with an electric fireplace and a large 75-inch TV with a sound bar for movie nights or sporting events. A unique Scrabble board mini coffee table adds a touch of fun to the interior. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with essential pots, cooking pans, a toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge.

Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, the property provides easy access to some of the area's best restaurants and activities, including Pier Park, 30A, and Inlet Beach. Guests can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the world right outside their door.

• Parking: Guests must register for a digital parking pass via a provided website after booking for a fee of $45. This is a non-negotiable building requirement.
• Rules: This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed, though Service Animals are always accepted.
• Seasonal Perk: From mid-March to late October, owners provide a free 2-person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach.

Initial supplies such as dishwasher soap, laundry powder, and starter bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body wash) are provided upon arrival. Bed linens and towels are included, though guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels for the pool and sand.
