PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR AIRBNB RESERVATION TOTAL. Calypso Tower 3 requires a separate $60 parking registration fee per vehicle. This applies to EACH CAR, INCLUDING THE FIRST; no parking pass is included with the reservation. Guests must pre-register to receive parking permits.

🚗 MAXIMUM 2 VEHICLES AT THE RESORT Bringing additional cars? City-operated public parking lots around Panama City Beach offer paid overnight parking for additional vehicles. Search "Panama City Beach Public Parking" for the official city website with lot locations, current rates and rules. Overflow parking must also be purchased separately and is not included in your reservation total or resort parking permits. Rates are set by the city.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. Check-out is at 10:00AM. Failure to comply may result in a late check-out fee as much as an additional nightly rental charge.

DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order. In order to leave the condo in reasonable order please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware. Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor. Please gather all bed linens and towels and leave on the bathroom floor upon departure.

FURNISHINGS:

All of our rental units are privately owned and decorated to the owner's personal taste. You may view photos of each of our units on our website. The following items are provided in our condominiums: We supply a start up supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dishwashing detergent. Please note that this is a start up kit, you will need to replenish your own supplies during your vacation. Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided. All kitchens are fully equipped.

PETS:

Pets are not allowed in our units.A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent.

SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental units. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges will apply if found in violation.

HURRICANE POLICY:

When there had been a mandatory evacuation in the area in which you are staying, and you have purchased the optional trip insurance through AIG, then all money will be refunded from the time of the evacuation forward.

We will handle any necessary repairs during your stay as quickly as possible. Our maintenance personnel are available after hours should an emergency arise.
