The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the second living area.

Inside, you will find a home thoughtfully updated with fresh coastal décor, stylish finishes, and a retro-style kitchen. The open-concept living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space. A second spacious living room provides a dedicated spot for movie nights or quiet reading, while vaulted ceilings add to the airy feel of the home.

The backyard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped, featuring a brand-new private in-ground pool (heating available for an additional fee), a gas grill, and a screened-in porch. To make your stay effortless, a complimentary golf cart is included, allowing you to cruise the golf-cart-friendly streets of Laguna Beach or head straight to the shore.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and remain on-site. Weekend-to-weekend rentals are required during Summer and Spring Break. No smoking, vaping, parties, or college groups are permitted. Dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $295 plus tax. A $500 refundable damage deposit hold is required on a credit card one day prior to arrival.
