The residence is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary featuring a king bed and a beautiful private bath. The second bedroom is designed for versatility, hosting a king bed and additional twin beds with access to the second bathroom. For extra guests, the common area includes a convenient sleeper sofa. Throughout the home, you will find cozy touches, including a fireplace in the den.

While the unit is designed for relaxation, the Regency Towers complex provides an array of high-end features to enhance your stay. Guests have access to two pools, a fitness center, and a great gathering space. To maximize your beach experience, the owners provide a free 2-person cabana chair and umbrella for use from mid-March through late October.

Located perfectly on Thomas Drive, this condo puts you minutes away from the best of the coast. St. Andrews State Park is nearby, and the Marina is just 4 minutes away—a fantastic spot to book fishing charters or dolphin excursions.
