Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum check-in age is 25, although the primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old with a valid credit card. A $250 incidental fee is collected at check-in (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a refundable damage deposit may be required. Please note that pets are not allowed. As this is a rental from a timeshare owner, you will have full access to resort amenities; however, specific suite locations cannot be guaranteed, and units may be mobility accessible. Guests may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation but are under no obligation to do so.
