The residence is thoughtfully designed with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony. For additional guests, the second bedroom provides a full and a twin bed. The heart of the home features a well-appointed kitchen loaded with everything needed to create fabulous meals, complemented by a breakfast bar and dining table perfect for coffee and conversation. After a day in the sun, you can unwind in the cozy living room with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV or step out onto the balcony to enjoy views directly overlooking the gulf.

As part of the SunDestin Beach Resort, guests have access to a variety of facilities. The resort includes a 24-hour on-site front desk managed by the warm and friendly Scenic Stays team, a gift shop stocked with beach supplies and snacks, and complimentary DVD rentals. While the resort is currently undergoing an enhancement project—affecting the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa—the fitness center remains open for guest use. Please note the splash pad is currently closed. Guests can still enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway around the side of the building, and a temporary detour is in place for lobby access.

Located minutes away from the excitement of the city, you can head over to the Destin harbor for a day of shopping or rent a pontoon boat to spend the day on the water.
