Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old. A credit card is required for a security deposit (typically $250) at check-in. Please be aware that the front desk is located on the north side of Front Beach Road, while the suites are on the south side, connected by an enclosed sky bridge. This is a non-smoking resort, and outdoor activities are seasonal. As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, you may be asked to attend a timeshare presentation, though this is entirely optional.
