This spacious residence is designed for families and groups, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12. The layout is thoughtfully spread across three levels: the first floor hosts a queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa; the second floor contains the primary king bedroom and a third bedroom with a triple bunk and trundle; and the third floor offers a dedicated kids area with an additional sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are well-lit and spacious, each adorned with unique, one-of-a-kind accent pieces.

Step outside to experience the Florida lifestyle on the tiled pool deck, complete with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. A grill is ready for your next family cook-out, and the pool can be heated from October through April for an additional fee upon request. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with paintings of palm trees and island paradises, creating the ambiance of a tropical oasis. For your convenience, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a laundry room.

Guests are provided with a welcome kit containing initial dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash liners, toilet paper, soaps, and basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, and oil). Please note that pool towels are provided for use during the stay and must remain on the property.
