Important Guest Information: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the entire stay. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. A damage deposit hold will be placed on the primary renter's credit card prior to arrival and released following an uneventful stay. Note that there is a discrepancy in deposit amounts between sources ($200-$250), so please confirm the exact amount during booking. Guests must register directly with the resort and pay a $60 fee covering parking for one vehicle. The property maintains strict policies: no pets, emotional support animals, smoking, or parties are permitted. Wristbands for resort access are provided by the owner and located within the unit. With owner permission, a 5th guest may be accommodated in special circumstances involving young children or babies.
