Important Guest Information: This property operates on a Friday-to-Friday, 7-night interval schedule only. The resort is three stories with no elevators, and some units may have internal stairs. A mandatory Resort Activities Fee of $26.00 plus tax per unit per day applies and must be paid directly at check-in via cash or credit card. A $300 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Resort amenities may be subject to change, so guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly to confirm current availability of facilities and services.

The check-in guest must be 21 years of age or older at the date of check-in (unless otherwise noted in the offer description) and must have a credit card in their name to present to the resort for a security deposit hold.

The check-in and checkout times are dictated by the resort. I cannot approve earlier check-ins or late checkouts. The resort may allow you to check-in a little earlier than the official time but that cannot be guaranteed, and they will not know if that is a possibility until the day of arrival. The resort may charge you an additional fee for a later checkout time, if it is possible.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the name on the confirmation documents matches the name on your official ID. Only the booking guest will be able to check-in to the resort. Airbnb does not permit third party bookings so if someone in your party will be arriving earlier then the account holder, you will need to provide their full official name in an email stating that they will be the check-in guest. Simply adding them to the reservation will not allow them to be the check-in guest. The resort will only check you in with the proper documentation. Name change fees may apply if the name needs to be changed within 10 days of arrival. Names cannot be changed on the day of arrival or on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday of the check-in week. Regardless of the situation (ie: Arriving late, nickname listed on the reservation, someone in the traveling party arriving earlier), the name on the reservation will be the only guest that will be able to complete the check-in process. In a rare situation we can attempt to get the name changed beyond the parameters that are listed here for $250.00 so please verify your information!

Date changes are generally not permitted. In certain circumstances a date change maybe possibly but once we are 15 days from the arrival date, that is no longer an option.
