Important Guest Information: Primary guest must be 21 years old and present during the stay. Maximum 2 vehicles permitted with strict enforcement. A mandatory $95 one-time fee applies for parking passes and wristbands for the entire group, payable to the HOA separately from reservation. Guests must pre-register online with names, ages, and vehicle information before check-in. A $300 security deposit hold will be processed 3 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure. Check-in begins at 4:30 PM, with potential delays on busy days. Starter package of paper products provided for first day only. No refunds given for housekeeping delays.
