The space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a master bedroom with a king size bed, two built-in twin bunk beds located in the hallway, and additional flexible sleeping options in the living room including a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair. The unit includes 1 bathroom, which has been completely updated with a modern stand-up shower and new tile floors.

This condo has been recently updated to ensure a high-quality stay, boasting new furniture and a redesigned kitchen layout equipped with basic kitchen essentials. Guests can enjoy a variety of resort-style features during their visit:

• Direct beach access
• Two large pools and hot tubs
• WiFi internet and Roku TVs with local stations
• Beach chairs provided from March through October
• Access to resort grills, a game room, and a weight room
• On-site dining including a Tiki bar, snack bar, and Bikini Bob's grill

Located within the gated Summit Resort, you are perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure. While the resort offers plenty of entertainment on-property, you are also close to numerous local restaurants and a wide array of activities on land and water.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. As this is a gated community, guests must check in at the front desk during business hours; after-hours arrivals will be directed to park and must visit the office the following morning. There is a mandatory $27 Summit resort fee per reservation collected by the resort for parking and required arm bands, which must be worn at all times while on the property for security purposes.
