Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a short pre-arrival form after booking. Please be aware that from September 12 through October 3, nearby I-65 highway construction may cause daytime noise. Parking is available via paid street parking or private lots in the surrounding area.

House rules are strictly enforced: no smoking of any kind, no parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are welcome with a $140 non-refundable fee, plus $50 for each additional pet. A $250 fee applies for lost keys. For security, the building uses exterior cameras and noise decibel monitors. Third-party bookings are not permitted, and stays are limited to a maximum of 7 nights per unit.
