Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property; during Spring Break, a ratio of one person 25+ for every two persons under 25 is required. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A cancellation fee of $250 or the credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations, with no refunds given for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
