Practical Information & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this property is not available to adults under the age of 25 without a parent present; no exceptions will be made. Pets are not allowed. For those looking for longer stays, low monthly winter rates are available for Snowbirds from November through February (subject to a $150 cleaning fee).
