The living space is completed by a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and a lovely screened-in porch perfect for enjoying the Florida breeze. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Please note that as the 30A community continues to expand, guests may encounter construction-related noise or road blocks in the area.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Limit 2 per reservation upon approval; $250 fee per pet)
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings
• Policies: Accidental damage protection is included. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.

A starter set of toiletries, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and basic kitchen/laundry supplies, is provided to help you get settled upon arrival.
