The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a Master Bedroom with a King size bed and private balcony access, as well as a Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed. For additional guests, there is a cozy nook area equipped with twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the living room features an oversize sofa to ensure everyone has a place to unwind.

While the condo provides a private sanctuary, you'll have access to a world of resort-style excitement. The property is located directly across the street from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and offers a plethora of on-site activities.

Please note that a mandatory resort fee of $90 plus tax per reservation is required for parking passes and wristbands; this must be paid directly to Laketown Wharf via a registration link sent one week prior to arrival. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Guests must be 19 years or older to reserve this condo (those 18+ require special permission from the Property Manager). Pets are not allowed.
