Parking is limited to two vehicles side-by-side in the gravel bay parking area in front of the home; no parking is permitted beyond this area due to a well on the property. The garage is not available for guest use.

Important Policies:

• Spring Break Curfew: From March 1 to April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under 18 is enforced by the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
• WiFi: While provided, service is not guaranteed. Hotspots are recommended for those requiring internet for work.
