To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property is reserved for families only; the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and student groups are not permitted. A $45 parking pass per vehicle must be purchased from the Celadon HOA. Please be aware that this property maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding pets and smoking; smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including the balconies.
