The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master suite, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. While the bedding can accommodate more, the maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests. The interior is elegantly finished with travertine tile throughout the living areas, granite countertops, and lovely tile-work in both bathrooms.

Guests have access to a wide array of community features:

• Beachfront pool and kiddie pool
• Fitness center and lighted tennis courts
• Clubhouse, shuffleboard, and a Gulf front gazebo with picnic areas

You are just a 100-yard walk along the beach to The Surf Hut restaurant and close to the Whale's Tail. For shopping and dining, you are less than a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and under 3 miles from the pedestrian-friendly Grand Boulevard Town Center, featuring upscale boutiques, diverse eateries, and a state-of-the-art movie theater. Adventure seekers can snorkel the nearby Dolphin Reef, an artificial haven for sea life located just off the Miramar Regional Public Beach access.

• Age Restriction: This property is NOT available for rent to guests under the age of 25 without a parent present. No exceptions.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Pool Notice: Please be advised that the community pools will be closed beginning November 1, 2026, for necessary repairs, with an anticipated reopening in Spring Break 2027.
• Snowbirds: Special low monthly winter rates are available from November through February (must arrive and depart on the 1st of the month). Monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
