The downstairs area provides additional sleeping space with 2 queen sleeper sofas and a remodeled half bathroom, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals, or take the experience outdoors to the back patio, which features outdoor dining, outdoor seating for 4, and a gas grill. For your beach days, the host provides beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a few towels to make your trip seamless.
