Practical Information & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay. Please be aware that while Coastal Parasail and Walton County Beach Services provide beach chair and service rentals, these are not included in the stay and must be coordinated directly with the vendors.

To maintain the quality of the retreat, smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are not welcome. Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are prohibited. Additionally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Violations of these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

Important Notice: One Seagrove Place will undergo a significant property improvement project beginning after Labor Day 2026, with the main phase starting around November 1. Guests should expect elevated construction noise during normal hours. The community pool will be closed for renovation and is expected to reopen in early spring 2027. Direct beach walkway access may shift, and on-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during this period.
