The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom provides a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared full bath with a shower/tub combo. For additional guest flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa.

Designed for togetherness, the interior boasts an open living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen includes convenient bar seating, while the living room opens onto a furnished balcony where you can soak in stunning gulf views. As an end unit, Summerhouse 106 is adjacent to the boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with an outdoor shower located at the foot of the steps.

• Parking: One designated spot per unit plus a guest parking lot. No boats, jet skis, or trailers are allowed on the premises.
• House Rules: Pets are not welcome on site. Please do not hang towels from balconies or leave items in the hallways.
• Important Note: The building is currently undergoing roof replacement and repairs estimated to last until July. This may result in excess noise and construction activity during business hours. Pool access is not guaranteed during this period.
• Elevator: An elevator is available for convenience, though continuous operation is not guaranteed.

We love Snowbirds! Special low monthly winter rates are available from November through February.
