Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. To book, the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid ID matching the reservation name. Please note the cancellation policy: a full refund (less a $250 fee) is available 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund (less a $250 fee) 30 days prior, and no refund within 30 days of arrival.
