Sleeping arrangements on the main level include one guest room with a king bed and a second guest room featuring a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle, both sharing a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. The second floor is dedicated to the king master suite, which boasts a private walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Relax in your own oasis with a glistening private pool located in the enclosed backyard, or enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch while embracing the refreshing sea breezes. Guests also enjoy access to the wider Windancer community features, including a seasonally heated Gulf Front pool, a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, and a Gulf Front BBQ area for grilling feasts.

Located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, the cottage is perfectly situated for exploration. You are just across Hwy 98 from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer outlet, and only two miles from the pedestrian-friendly Grand Boulevard Town Center. For adventure seekers, the Dolphin Reef artificial reef is nearby for world-class snorkeling.
