Sleeping Arrangements & Layout The property comprises two studio units, #102 and #103, providing a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort and includes 1 queen-sized bed, a full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, and a dedicated living space. Both units feature a comfortable sofa set with plushy pillows, a 55” flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a laptop-friendly work area. Additionally, each unit has its own kitchen and dining area equipped with a dining set and modern appliances, including a microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, and dishwasher.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that a short pre-arrival form must be completed after booking. While the property is pet-friendly, a non-refundable $140 fee applies, plus $50 for each additional pet. Strictly no smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be aware that free parking is no longer available due to I-65 closures; paid street parking or private lots are recommended. A maximum stay of 7 nights per unit is permitted. Additional fees include a $250 lost key replacement fee and a $100 fee for unplugging connected electronics. For security, the building uses exterior cameras and noise decibel monitors.
