A convenient guest room with a queen bed and walk-in closet is also located on this level, along with a full bath and a large laundry/mud room.

The second floor is home to the expansive master suite featuring a king bed and a stunning en-suite bath equipped with a soaking tub and separate rain shower. Guests will also find a queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with two sets of twin-on-twin bunk beds, sharing a spacious full bath.

For additional flexibility, the third-floor tower serves as a multipurpose loft. This space can be used as a game room or extra bedroom, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and a half bath.

Located just steps from scenic 30A, you can leave the car behind and explore on foot. • Restrictions: No pets allowed. Guest-operated golf carts are not permitted within Seacrest Beach. Bikes are not provided.
