From your location, you're just a five-minute stroll from the famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin, where families can climb the red-and-white striped lighthouse for panoramic ocean views, enjoy the Gregg Russell Playground, and dine waterfront while watching the boats.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may incur fees up to $100. You'll purchase your Sea Pines gate pass at the front gate upon arrival, with a weekly resort fee of $30 per vehicle for lot parking (up to 2 vehicles). The thermostat cannot be set below 68°F to prevent unit freezing. Guests must be 21+ to book, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
