Nestled in a shaded, tree-lined setting in Sea Pines, this inviting getaway puts you just steps away from the excitement of Harbour Town.

This home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one private bedroom featuring a queen bed and a smart TV, while a cozy bunk alcove off the living room provides a twin-over-twin bunk bed perfect for children. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The property also features one hall-access bathroom equipped with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Inside, you will find a comfortable living area for lounging after a day of golf or beach trips, and a full kitchen featuring full-size appliances, cookware, bakeware, and a coffee maker for easy mornings. An indoor dining area is available for family meals and game nights. Step outside to a private outdoor seating area with peaceful views of the surrounding greenery.

While the property does not have a private pool, guests enjoy access to the refreshing community outdoor pool. For convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, WiFi, and a streaming-capable smart TV in the bedroom.

Located in the heart of Sea Pines, the hideaway is ideally situated for those who love to explore without a car. You can walk or bike under majestic live oaks to reach the shops and dining of Harbour Town, the beautiful beaches and oceanfront bites at Sea Pines Beach Club, or the shaded trails of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Nearby attractions also include the Sea Pines Racquet Club for tennis and pickleball, as well as the Salty Dog Café at South Beach Marina Village.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the lot, and please note that stairs are required to access the main entrance. We are happy to welcome one dog (50 lbs or less) with pre-approval and a $150 fee. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests must be 21 or older to book, and the property is for vacation rental use only; parties and group gatherings are not permitted unless pre-approved.
