Location & Neighborhood: Located directly on the Gulf in Santa Rosa Beach, this property provides immediate access to the beach. While the direct walkway may be temporarily rerouted due to construction, guests can use the public beach access walkway located immediately next to the building. Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31, with additional rentals available via Redfish Rentals.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation; all vehicles must be registered to avoid towing.

Important Property Improvement Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing a property improvement project starting October 1, 2026. Please be aware that the pool will be closed until early spring 2027. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain in your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
