Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The interior boasts brand-new furnishings, luxury linens, smart TVs, and new appliances, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay.

While the villa offers a private sanctuary, the surrounding beachfront complex provides an array of leisure activities. Guests can enjoy access to two outdoor pools, a year-round heated indoor pool, and a hot tub. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Access: This unit is on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR; guests must be able to climb two flights of stairs.
• Parking: The resort charges a one-time $25 fee per car (maximum of two) at the security gate upon arrival.
• Rules: No parties. No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. To protect the furniture, please apply sunscreen at the beach or pool, not within the villa or on the balcony.
• Supplies: A starter supply of soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, and detergents is provided. Beach towels are available but must be laundered by the guest before checkout.
