Sleeping Arrangements: This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and a private bath featuring a modern walk-in shower. The guest room offers two twin single beds and its own dedicated bathroom for added convenience.

Location & Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, guests have direct access to the white sands of the Gulf. Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31; outside these dates, guests are welcome to bring their own gear or utilize Redfish Rentals.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay. All vehicles must be registered to avoid towing.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing an improvement project beginning October 1, 2026. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The pool will be closed throughout construction, with a reopening anticipated in early spring 2027. Direct beach walkways may be temporarily rerouted to the adjacent public access. On-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
