For additional guests, the hall alcove is equipped with a twin over twin bunk, a Smart TV, and a barn door for added privacy. The living area also includes a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. With 2 bathrooms, the morning routine remains stress-free for the whole group.

One of the most spectacular features is the large balcony, which offers breathtaking views and is furnished with comfortable seating and a table perfect for outdoor dining or morning coffee. Inside, the living area is elegant yet cozy, featuring seating for 5 and a 50” flat screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats 6, complemented by a kitchen with ample counter seating and all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. A dedicated laundry area is also available to make keeping clothes clean a breeze.

Located within the prestigious Shores of Panama complex, guests are surrounded by luxury. While the property offers private beach access and a magnificent pool deck, please note that the building is currently undergoing elevator tower reconstruction; construction workers will be present and some noise may be audible until March 2027, though the balcony remains open for use.

• Parking: Limited to one vehicle per 1-bedroom unit. Guests must pay the resort $81.00 for a QR code to receive their parking packet at the front desk.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. During Spring Break, a ratio of one person aged 25+ for every two persons under 25 is required.
• Pets: Not allowed
