Designed to maximize your relaxation, the home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The layout features 1 private bedroom with a king size bed and a smart TV, complemented by an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For additional guests, the living room includes a full size sofa sleeper, and a convenient nook in the hall provides 2 twin bunk beds. The home also includes an additional half bathroom for added convenience.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room perfect for reading a book or catching a movie on the smart TV while listening to the ocean sounds through the balcony doors. The bright kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and cookware, offering casual barstool seating and a high-top table for meals or a friendly card game. Step outside onto the breezy balcony to take in full ocean views that showcase why this is one of the most beautiful beach destinations in the world.

As part of the desirable Summit condominium complex, guests have access to an array of onsite features including two large swimming pools, a tiki bar, market, restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, and a fitness center. The unit also includes a washer and dryer.

Located in the heart of the Florida Panhandle, Panama City Beach is renowned for its 27 miles of coastline and white, sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy delicious food, inspired shopping, and live entertainment, or explore four championship golf courses and the Grand Lagoon Waterfront Farmers Market.

• Parking: $50 per parking pass (up to 2 per stay)
• Policies: Non-smoking, no pets allowed, and quiet hours after 10 PM
• Note: From October through April, guests may experience daytime construction noise and limited balcony access. To prevent HVAC damage, please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
