Situated in the desired south end of the island, this first-floor villa at The Dunes on S. Forest Beach offers a seamless experience with no stairs to climb, making it an inviting choice for all guests.

This comfortable home is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master suite features a king bed, while the second bedroom is optimized for families with a full-over-full bunkbed and a single trundle. The living area is crafted for relaxation, boasting a leather recliner sofa and two comfortable side chairs, all set against a backdrop of large coastal tiling throughout the home.

While general property amenities are limited to the community features, guests can enjoy the well-maintained grounds of The Dunes and a large pool with plenty of seating. Inside the villa, you will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, as well as the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the front covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.

Located in one of Hilton Head's best locations, you are just across the street from the beach and a short walk or bike ride via the beach path to the shore. You'll find yourself close to the shopping and restaurants of Coligny Square, as well as the renowned Sea Pines Resort. The surrounding community is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with over 50 miles of bike paths, premier golf courses, tennis courts, and pickleball courts nearby.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Two parking passes are provided at the villa. Parking is assigned; any second vehicle must park at the pool. A $100 fee applies if passes are not returned to the villa upon departure.
• Smoking: All properties are non-smoking. Smoking indoors will result in a $500 restoration fee.
• Pets: No pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in eviction and a $250 cleaning fee.
• Requirements: Minimum rental age is 25. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in.

Plan ahead to take advantage of special fall and winter promotions: book 3 nights and get the 4th free (Sept 2 - March 1), or book 3 weeks and get the 4th free for snowbirds (Jan 1 - March 1), excluding holidays. Please mention the promotion during booking.
