This spacious condo is designed to conveniently accommodate a party of 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private, attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom is versatile, offering one queen-size bed and one bunk bed, with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. For additional guests, the living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that sleeps two.

Designed for a seamless vacation, the home includes a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all necessary cookware and utensils. For your convenience, a private washer and dryer are located inside the unit, and all linens are provided.

Enjoy world-class resort amenities and a massive beach area over 600 feet wide, ensuring you never feel crowded. Guests have access to:

• Private beachfront balcony and direct beach access with no roads to cross

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Minimum rental age is 25 years old (exceptions for married couples and active duty military)
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking inside the condos or on balconies/patios
• One parking space is allotted per condo on a first-come, first-serve basis (additional paid parking available via Way Parking App or Geronimo RV)
• Prohibited vehicles: Trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, E-Bikes, scooters, and other specialty motorized vehicles
