The second bedroom provides a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is designed for flexibility with a twin bunk bed and an additional full-size bed. For extra sleeping needs, a twin cot is also available.

Designed for entertaining, the open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring an air fryer and a convenient wet bar with a Culligan water system for fresh drinking water. Guests can enjoy the light-filled sunroom with ample seating or step outside to the back patio, which is equipped with a gas grill and comfortable seating for outdoor meals. The property also features a large, fully fenced backyard, providing a private, pet-safe space for games, sunbathing, or letting your dog roam freely.

For those arriving with gear, the home includes a two-car garage and specialized boat parking with a dedicated water hose for rinsing.
