A highlight of the location is the private boardwalk leading to the beach, where guests are greeted by COCO's bar and grill, a seasonal tiki-hut offering refreshing beverages and snacks alongside a sand volleyball court.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per stay. Covered parking is for cars only; trucks, SUVs, and vans are prohibited in covered spots due to ceiling height. No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles.
• Pets: Not allowed per resort rules.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the villa; please use designated outdoor areas.
• Prohibited Items: Drones, skateboards, hover boards, and roller blades are not permitted on property.
• Bicycles: Allowed on property and may be kept in bike racks, but cannot be ridden on the boardwalk during busy season or brought inside the villa. Bike rentals are available under Building 2.
• Please note: All fines incurred from resort violations will be passed to the guests.
