The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 2 beds as the primary sleeping arrangement, though the home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Gulf-view king master bedroom provides serene mornings with direct balcony access, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a versatile queen/twin XL bunk.

The heart of the home is an open kitchen, creating a perfect space to start the day with coffee, prepare easy beach snacks, or gather for memorable family meals. After a day on the sand, you can unwind in the comfortable living area while taking in a picture-perfect view of the Gulf. To ensure a seamless stay, the retreat is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, three Smart TVs, and complimentary wireless internet.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. To comply with the Shoreline Towers Owner's Association policy, no one under 25 may rent a unit on the property; at least one person aged 25 or older must register at the front entrance gate. Guests are provided with a starter amenity box containing dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, initial trash liners, and basic toilet paper and soaps. Please note that while the kitchen includes pots and pans, no condiments, salt, pepper, or oil are provided.
