• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book; ID will be checked upon arrival.
• No pets and no smoking are permitted. A $500 violation fee applies if the unit smells of smoke or pets.
• A $75 resort fee is included at checkout, providing two parking passes and wristbands. Two unassigned parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage.

Important Notices: Beginning September 8, 2026, the building will undergo exterior restoration (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), which may cause noise, vibrations, and dust. Additionally, the balcony will be closed from November 24th to December 11th, and pools will be closed for restoration starting December 1, 2026.
