The Palazzo building itself is a low-density, non-smoking property with only 129 units. It features a 4-level garage located directly under the building for maximum convenience, as well as some of the fastest elevators in the area. Residents have access to a seasonally heated swimming pool on the fifth level with spectacular views, a well-maintained hot tub, and a fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
