The upper level is dedicated to the master suite, which boasts a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony with two chairs for Gulf views, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a double vanity sink and a custom 7-foot walk-in shower with a bench. On the main level, you will find a Queen bedroom and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bed, with a convenient hall bath featuring a walk-in shower located between them.

The interior is defined by an open and spacious floor plan. The open-concept living area is centered around a large leather sectional with three power recliners and a flat-screen TV, opening seamlessly into the dining area. The dining space is highlighted by a unique rootball table that seats six, complemented by three stools at the kitchen island and two bay windows providing vast views of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully stocked for any meal, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and crock pot.

Outdoor living is abundant, starting with a screened-in front porch for quiet mornings. The main level features a spacious deck with seating for six and access to a boardwalk with an outdoor shower. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to a covered carport that fits up to four cars and includes its own dining area. For maximum relaxation, the large bottom deck offers a hammock, two loungers, and a fish cleaning station.

Located within a block of Shipwreck Raw Bar, the Herring House is just a 5-minute drive to Mexico Beach and 10 minutes from downtown Port St. Joe's local boutiques and restaurants. Guests are also close to Windmark Beach.
