Sleeping Arrangements This single-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom provides a restful queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also hosts a queen size bed, while the third bedroom offers a versatile twin-over-full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower serves the rest of the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking unit. To maintain a peaceful environment, no weddings or large parties are permitted, and guests must not exceed the unit's occupancy. Please note that no one under the age of 25 is permitted to book.

Pets: Dogs up to 40 lbs are welcome.

Special Offer: The owner provides a 10% discount to all public safety employees.

Cancellation Policy: A $200 cancellation fee applies. Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for early departures, though advanced payments may be applied to future bookings to avoid the cancellation fee.
