The sleeping arrangements include a king size bed and a pull out sofa, allowing the space to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The interior has been thoughtfully updated with luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, a shiplap accent wall, Corian countertops, and custom soft close cabinets. The bathroom boasts a fully tiled custom shower for a refreshing end to your beach day.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the community offers exceptional shared experiences. Guests can cool off in two year-round saltwater pools (non-heated) or take a leisurely stroll along shaded paths and 11 miles of lagoon that wind through the community. One of the most exclusive perks is the private beach cabana, complete with outside showers and restrooms, ensuring you can stay in the sand all day without needing to return to your villa.

Located in the heart of South Hilton Head Island, you are perfectly positioned to experience the best of the area. Enjoy an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Square, local shops, restaurants, and the new premier Celebration Park.
