For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, complemented by a nice couch, loveseat, and a 55" flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player.

This completely remodeled 1072 sq ft condo boasts high-end finishes, including new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and modern Black Stainless Steel appliances.

• Booking Policy: Saturday to Saturday bookings are required throughout Spring Break and from Memorial Day through Labor Day (exceptions may apply for bookings made 14 days or less in advance)

Important Note: Majestic Sun will undergo building renovations from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, access to balconies, walkways, and building amenities may be limited. Additionally, pool decks will be closed for the entire month of December.
