The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests can enjoy modern bathrooms and a large kitchen featuring a serving bar with a curved seating area. Step out onto your private 7th-floor balcony to take in sensational views of the Gulf, the pool, and the tennis courts.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Mandatory Fee: A $100 Check-in, Parking, and Security Fee is required for 2024.
• Parking: One free pass per unit. Additional passes are free based on availability, except during Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th weeks ($20/day).
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Groups of adults under age 25 are not permitted unless accompanied by a parent.
• Beach Rules: Temporary structures (tents, trailers) are prohibited. Beach umbrellas are allowed after cleaning and must not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

Winter Snowbirds are welcome with low monthly rates from November through February (arrivals/departures must be on the 1st of the month), subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
