This functional minimalistic living space, built in 2022, offers a peaceful retreat where you can immerse yourself in nature while remaining just steps away from the best of the region.

The cottage is thoughtfully designed with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The main floor features a cozy living area equipped with an electric fireplace, smart TV, and a blanket rack, alongside a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and a dining table that seats four. The main bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower are also located on the primary level, along with a convenient stacked washer and dryer. Ascend the alternating stairs—which include a railing for support—to the loft, where you will find an additional living area featuring a queen bed and a dedicated workstation.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, with an outdoor patio and fire pit perfectly positioned to take in the natural scenic views of the ridge and cranberry bog. Guests also have access to the shared ridge behind the cottages, providing a wonderful space for exploration.

Located in a prime position, Ridge Way makes everything in Glen Arbor walkable. You are approximately 1/3 mile from downtown shops, restaurants, the grocery store, the township park, and several wineries. Lake Michigan beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes are just 2 miles away, with the dunes accessible via an 8-minute drive and Traverse City approximately 35 minutes away.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly cottage that welcomes well-behaved dogs for a small pet fee. Please note that the property uses well water, which is safe for drinking, though some guests prefer bottled water. For your convenience, an Echo Dot is provided, which can be turned off to function solely as a clock.

Stay requirements: During the summer months, there is a 7-night minimum stay (Sunday to Sunday). During the rest of the year, a 2-night minimum stay is required. Onsite parking is available, including dedicated space for boat or snowmobile trailers.
