The property includes private frontage across the street with a new dock, fire pit, and picnic area. • Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for an additional $60 per pet. Only housebroken pets are permitted; pets must be crated if left alone, kept off furniture, beds, and carpeted bedrooms, and paws must be wiped before entering. Guests are required to clean up after pets in the yard.
• Additional Fees: A $40 guest insurance fee via Safely.com is required for accidental damage protection.
• Cancellation: 100% refund (minus 10% fee) if cancelled 30+ days prior; 50% refund (minus 10% fee) between 14-30 days; no refund thereafter.
