This inviting cottage is configured to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to suit families and groups: the primary bedroom features a queen-size bed for two, the second bedroom offers a full-on-full bunk bed sleeping four, and the third bedroom provides a twin-on-twin bunk bed for two guests.

Inside, the home is equipped for year-round comfort and convenience. You can stay warm during winter ski expeditions or crisp fall color tours with central gas heat. The kitchen is well-appointed with gas ranges and large stainless GE Profile fridges, complemented by dual overhead fans. For entertainment, a 47” monitor provides access to the internet for Netflix, Amazon, and the news.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Hemlock. Guests can enjoy the brand-new deck added in 2024, a cozy fireplace, and a personal fire pit with free firewood. For those looking to unwind, there are three sunset viewing benches, a large kids swing, and a two-kid hammock. Adventure seekers will appreciate the free access to four kayaks and a 14’ canoe for exploring the clear blue waters.

The property is perfectly positioned for nature lovers, surrounded by the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and offering direct access to the Alligator Hill hiking trails across Day Forest Road. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot deer, foxes, swans, ducks, and five different types of woodpeckers right from the property. A public boat launch and wash for the Glen Lakes is also conveniently located nearby.
